Do you require a deposit?
A $150 cleaning/booking deposit is required to schedule your event. Deposit will be refunded, If rental is returned in good condition, ie; not extensively dirty, stained, difficult to clean or damaged.
If you need to cancel your event , we ask you do so 5 or more days before with no cancellation fee. 3-5 days before event date 50% of your deposit will be credited back. 48 hrs, 100% of your deposit will be retained.
How do you accept payment?
We accept Cash, Zelle and Venmo at this time. Payment information will be sent via email and processed upon confirming your selected date of event.
What are your delivery times?
We deliver between 9am – 12pm. Pickup time is no later than 7 pm, after this time we have a late night fee of $75. At this time we do not offer overnight rentals.
For special accommodations we ask you contact us prior and list during reservation of your event. We cannot guarantee all request, but we will try our best.
Bounce house cleaning
Fully cleaned and shiny bounce houses are one of our many priorities for Premier Bounce.
After every event we thoroughly clean and sanitize all our bounce houses with commercial grade cleaners. You may even catch us with a final sanitize wipe during setup at your event.
Where do you deliver?
We are located in Manteca, CA and deliver within a 30 mile radius. If you happen to be outside of this range or unsure if you are, simply contact us with the address of venue and we can assist. If venue is out side of our 3o mile range an additional charge will be added. This fee ranges from $40-$100, based on event address. Certainly contact us for a quote, we are happy to help out.
What type of surface is needed for setup?
Leveled surfaces on grass, turf, or cement. NO rocks, dirt, or uneven surfaces. We recommend sending an image of planned placement to Info@PremierBounce.co prior to booking your event.
How do I choose a spot for the bounce house?
Power source within 50 ft or generator is needed (select on booking)
Open, flat and leveled areas with enough room for the bounce house ( typically 4 ft around ) is perfect. Be sure to measure the area per the bounce house you choose. We cannot set an inflatable up next to curbs, power lines, rocks, close trees, a pool or other body of water because of safety issues. Please ensure no sprinklers will be activated during use of bounce house to prevent damage. Premier Bounce is not liable for damage to property, underground sprinklers or utility lines.
Check to make sure that all gates and doors are wide enough for the inflatable to pass through (about 3-4 ft wide). We can not go up/down stairs or steep slopes. We can get them over a curb, but that is all. If we will be using the driveway, please make sure that any vehicles have been moved before we arrive.
