Here at Premier Bounce we know how unpredictable Mother Nature can be and we wouldn’t expect you to pay for a day you are unable to enjoy your bounce house during severe weather conditions ( ie. Rain, high winds, etc).  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATIONS, IF CONDITIONS ARE NOT TOO SEVERE WE WILL GIVE YOU THE OPTION OF KEEPING THE RESERVATION OR NOT. IF YOU DECIDE TO KEEP RESERVATIONS, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.

You may contact us anytime to request a weather cancelation of your reservation without penalties for such weather concerns. We prefer that you wait until the day of the event to request a weather cancelation, as the weather often improves as the week/day progresses. You can give us a call before 8:00 am on the day of your event to cancel your reservation or reschedule it.

If the sky is overcast or if there is a light rain with no wind, we can still set up our bounce houses. However, if you choose to proceed with the party and have your inflatable delivery in a light raining day, once you accept and ask the driver to set up the equipment and sign the contract, there is no refund once the driver has started setting the bounce house up. Due to the cost of maintenance, there will be an extra charge of $50 for serving on severe weather days ( heavier rain fall, dirt and debris due to weather). We’ll collect this $50 as a deposit, if by the end of the day there was not rain and the inflatable is completely dry or not extensively dirty from such bad weather, then we’ll refund this money back to you.Once you accept the equipment, payment is due upon delivery and equipment is under your responsibility.

We understand that if you need to cancel your party due to weather, you need to make that decision as early in the morning as soon as possible. Your event’s safety is our main concern. If you have already submitted a deposit, the deposit will be applied toward a future event (Valid for 90 days after day of cancelation), or if you would like to cancel your booking then we’ll refund your deposit in full.

We recommend DO NOT turn off the blower in any time during raining use until our driver comeback to pick up the equipment.  It is always important that you exercise caution when operating an inflatable and should always air on the side of caution and deflate the unit if you have any doubt on what to do. We are certainly here to assist you as best as we can, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
